Hanke Manufacturing (China) has two divisions in China now; Plastic Division and Electronic Division.The key service includes injection molding and assembly, DC/AC motors and electronic assembly. The Plastic Division is a joint venture between two American companies: Hankscraft and NMC,Hankscraft Inc., USA is famous for its technology in DC/ACmotor, PCB, gearbox, electronic display product, while NMC is a leader in plastic injection molding,whose partners are industrial leading companies, such as GE,GM. In the plastic division, we have different types of injection molding manchines with tonnages ranging from 50T to 300T. As a specialized manufacture of molded thermoplastic products, we produce extremely tight tolerance parts in both high and low volume for wide applications. The main material covers ABS, PA, PC, PS, PBT, PVC, PP, PE, PPO, PPR, POM, PPS and PET etc. For the secondary operations, we have sonic and rotary-welders. We also provide related services like resin selection, thermoplastic compounding, prototyping tooling, coating and painting. In Electronic Division, we have manufacturing lines for AC motor, DC motor, PCB,SMT and life testing equipment, etc. We can provide DC-motors, AC micro-motors, PCB, Electronic display products and other electronic assembled products. Our products have been widely used in electronics, telecommunication, automotive, household appliances etc. The company has acquired a good reputation through its excellent quality, reasonable price and good after sales services. We have a stable growing market share in North America and China. |
