How to improve the machining precision and surface quality of mold parts?

Mould parts processing quality including machining accuracy and surface quality: on the surface of the parts after machining precision is actual size, shape, location, three kinds of geometric parameters and geometric parameters of conform to the drawing requirements; The deviation of actual geometrical parameters and ideal geometrical parameters is called machining error.
Machining accuracy and machining error are the terms of evaluating machining surface geometric parameters. The machining accuracy is measured by the tolerance level, the smaller the grade, the higher the accuracy; The numerical value of machining error indicates that the larger the value, the greater the error. The machining accuracy is high, is the machining error is small, and vice versa; The actual parameters obtained by any machining method are not absolutely accurate. From the function of the parts, as long as the machining error is within the tolerance range required by the part drawing, the machining accuracy is considered to be guaranteed.

The project that evaluates shape precision has 6 items such as straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity and contour. The shape precision is controlled by the shape tolerance, the shape tolerances, except roundness and cylindricity are divided into 13 precision grades, and the rest evenly divided into 12 precision grades. Level 1 is highest, level 12 is lowest.
Location accuracy: refers to the actual position accuracy difference between the parts concerned after processing. There are eight items, such as parallelism, verticality, inclination, coaxiality, symmetry, position, circle, and jumping. The position accuracy is controlled by the position tolerance, and the position tolerance of each destination is also divided into 12 precision grades.
Mould parts size accuracy, the shape precision and position accuracy of relationships: usually when designing parts processing precision machine parts and regulations, should pay attention to control the shape error position within the tolerance, position error should be less than the size tolerance. That is, precision parts or parts important surface, its shape precision requirement should be higher than the position accuracy requirement, the position accuracy requirement should be higher than the dimensional accuracy requirement.
