Ten questions to be paid attention to in injection molding. |
1. Try to shape up as far as possible.

5. The full molding of the mould needs to be adjusted by micro-distance.

6. Double side lubrication of the plate.
For high molding or non-conventional moulds, please make the sheet metal double-sided lubrication, to strengthen the fluidity of the plate when forming, and reduce the chance of plate breaking.
7. Set aside enough time for unloading during programming.
