Plastic processing is the general name of various processes that convert synthetic resins or plastics into plastic products. It is a larger production department in the plastics industry. Generally speaking, plastic processing mainly includes ingredients, molding, machining, joint, modification and assembly. So, we're doing plastic processing, and if we need to shut down, what's the point? Let's get to the bottom of this.
When the machine is temporarily down, it should be used to spray the residual plastic or other plastics through the injection molding machine to clean the residual plastic of the injection cylinder, and the number of spraying will be increased when the plastic is discolorated.
In case of minor repairs, the heater of the ejector cylinder must be adjusted to the lowest value to minimize the possibility of thermal decomposition.
Start after the whole night's shutdown: before the injection of hot plastic, if you have been pre-shutdown for one night, just close the bottom of the board and the heater of the ejector cylinder, and spray the ejector cylinder clean. After the nozzle is completely cleaned, try to cool the injection cylinder as much as possible. When the injection molding machine is completely cooled, turn off the equipment, and the injection molding machine is ready to reheat again.
